Cam is giving me a sista

On July 31 (if I recall correctly) my little brother Camron decided to buy a big ol' rock to put on his sweetheart, Karenah's hand. Thaz right everyone, he proposed. On one knee and everything. Best part: she didn't see it coming...And both our families were there to witness it. I guess that's all I have to say 'bout that, but I am pretty darn excited about having a sister. Actually, Ive told Tarah that I'm claiming her as mine too, so make that 2 sisters come summer 2011.

Les Mills hurt me.

Today I rode with some of the Profitness staff to KC's Gold's Gym for a Les Mills quarterly fitness convention. Little did I know when I woke up at 4:30am that I'd be working out somewhere around 5 hours today. Bah. Don't get me wrong, it was awfully fun, but super exhausting. The men and women leading the classes were all either 1)world's most ripped human being. 2)from New Zealand (thus sweet accent) or 4)God equipped them with endless stamina. oh wait, 3 should've been in there somewhere.
So I started off with BodyPump, followed with BodyStep , then a little BodyCombat, and after lunch we did BodyAttack which quite literally attacked my body. ouch. After Attack I did BodyFlow and BodyJam. Yep, that concluded the chaotic day. I'm feeling fine now, but I have a feeling Les's moves will bring me pain tomorrow and possibly days to come.
No worries on my condition now though, I finished a delish meal followed with a trip to DQ with roomie Kate and honorary roomie for the week Hannah. peace love bless others.
